Yes you can defrost and re-freeze. It says so right on the package.
I really love the ease of the little patties....BUT....with the other kind, I make my own little patties and I add all sorts of other supplements that I feel my two should have. The only thing is weighing them. I am trying to stick to the 2% of their body weight rule. TJ should get 2.08 oz. a day and Roxy 1.6 oz. a day. I first bought a $3 cheapo food scale from Walmart, but I don't think it is really good. So, then I started to research Digital Portion Control Scales. The really good ones (weight in oz.) are over $250 - and there are so many to choose from, I was getting a head ache. So, then I turned to E-bay. I found an UltraShip scale that comes with a stainless steel plate - with shipping $30 - Not Bad! So I bought it and I should have it tomorrow. I think it should work well with the whole oz thing. But, if for some reason it isn't...well...back to researching the portion control scales.
