That's so wonderful that they went ahead and did an ultrasound to check the liver out. Good vets you have there! Hypoglycemia can be dealt with, and that nasty coccidia will eventually go away. Just keep up with the treatment, and get him to eat however you can. My Miko had the exact same problem as your baby, coccidia, hypoglycemia, and severely underweight. At 12 weeks when we got him, he was only 1 lb 2 oz. He is now 11 lbs and not an oz overweight. So, you can imagine how much he SHOULD have weighed at that time.
Have you tried chicken and rice...Noodles with a little low sodium chicken broth with mashed up veggies and chicken? Oatmeal made with water...egg and rice. I will pray for your baby to recover quickly. And yes, the fecal test can come back negative and your baby may still have coccidia....So, it's good to keep him on that Albon for probably 3 rounds if it's severe case of it...I know exactly what you are going through.
This is very stressful, but just remember that your baby will get better? How old is he again?
