I had the same situation when my daughter went off to State University only 50 miles from me .... only thing was that she cried so much, I decided to sleep there but it was so hot and the bed was so uncomfortable, I figured it would be best to bring her back home that night and drive her there in the morning. So for 4 days we commuted ... then I had to go back to school and she and I had to come to grips with that!

A week later she was fully immersed in college life and I was home alone (but had school to go to daily, so that filled the day) ....

A year later Bill and I decided to get married (he moved here from CA) and G-d kept him with me until a few weeks after her graduation day 3 years later ... ***sigh*** ...

He was operated on the day she graduated, and passed away 16 days later ... was he really sent to keep me company while she was in college?
Who knows? G-d really does work in mysterious ways.

Monday came into my life 6 months later!
