That's a tough one. I guess it depends on how much your daughter loves the dogs. If you bring them, and are distracted by them, she might feel slighted by the lack of attention she's getting from you. But I can see the good reasons to bring them, too. Follow your gut.
I'm sure your daughter will do great at school. Don't worry about her too much!
