Yes, they are 2 different dogs from 2 different kennels, but they are both on the sire's line and the dam's line in approx the same location (grandfather and 4-great grandfather. They are also from 2 different kennels and are spelled differently. The pedigree goes back 5 or 6 (maybe more) generations so I don't know how to post it. It is on a disc (spreadsheet) and printed out is about 30 - 40. I pages. I could probably email it. There are many champions, both American and Canadian and many are from the same kennel and are repeated in different spots. I have found alot of them on the internet. I am just stumped. I realize that if your great-great-great grandfather was George Washington and my g-g-g-grandfather was George Washington, then that makes us kissing cousing

. Actually, if we all decended from Adam and Eve, we are all related. But I just want to be sure I understand how to read the pedigree. And to think I just got promoted to a high-level position that requires a tremendous amout of thought process. Boy, do I feel stupid
