Did they try and contact Jen to tell them what the situation was and if so, did they get a reply from them? I know when I was contacting Jen to purchase my dogs, I got a reply almost immdeiately every time. When I contacted them to tell them Trace was limping and the doctor said his knees were very bad and he suspected Legg Perthes also, it was a couple weeks and it took 2 seperate emails for them to respond. The response was I will tell mom and give him extra treats. When I emailed them to tell them he did in fact have Legg Perthes and would need surgery I never heard from them again. I didnt bother even trying again after that. |
