Well - call me a diet soda addict - I cut way down but HAVE to have at least one a day - but normally it's 2 - and always after dinner. I've weaned myself off diet soda water and I'll say this - I don't FEEL any better that's for sure - I thought drinking lots of water was susposed to be good for you -
