i hope everythign goes well for your mother and i hope she can start taking in life better than she seems to be doing. did they catch her tumors early?

My grandma hasn't been sick at all, but she also hasn't started her treatments. They are going to do something involving making an antibiotic so she is on a list waiting for that. It's suppose to make you not so sick I guess. She is starting to lose some weight, but that might just be from stress. My grandma is the type she likes to doctor herself. So for 30 some years she said she took over the counter meds when she got sick and took vitamins. I guess she has felt them all over, lymph nodes, breast, and down near her personal area. The family knew she had felt these last October but didn't tell me because I was pregnant and they didn't want that to make me upset and lose the baby. My mom didn't know either due to her other health problems.

I think they may have caught my moms early. It just worries them because last years mammogram had no spots or anything and this year had 3. My mom has a lot of illness on top of this. Heart problems, diabetic, neurothopy, possibly lupus. She often jokes and says all she has left is her hearing. So when we try to make her laugh we say at least your hearing is still good then she will reply with a big HUH? LOL Last night at like 1 in the morning we went to get a drink and apple pie at McDonalds so I was glad to see her get some fresh air. My mom is my ultimate best friend! I'd be lost without her. Even as a teenager I'd much rather be with mom than run the streets. My friends were nothing like me and my mom was ALWAYS there for me. Now it's my turn to be there for her.
