hmm tough one, I worked in a pet store and I seen it all, very sad and yes it wears on ya. No he cannot be through his complete round shots, well he shouldnt be anyway. I have heard they really shouldnt be out and about until 16 weeks. Very scary and I understand you wanna say something but it could come off so rude or condescending, you never know how people will react. I usually kept my mouth shut. Not that it was easy but not worth the argument.....
