That way you get some time away or in your tub during the day once a week to yourself------- an hour or two can work wonders.
If that's not an option, do you have a local YMCA? They usually have very resonable family memberships and on site child care.
Good luck and if I were close enough I would cuff your hubby in the back of the head for you. |
We do have a workout center that is close to our new home so maybe I will check into their childcare program. That would be a good idea for me and my son to go to on the two days that my daughter is in preschool!
My husband might need for someone to cuff the back of his head.

I woke up with ANOTHER headache this morning and I didn't sleep well last night because of it (never sleep when my head is hurting). I saw my husband stop and stare at me and he normally doesn't even notice because I always seem to have a headache or migraine. This morning, my eyes were extremely puffy and I could barely walk because I was just dragging from the pain and just exhaustion, I guess. He came to make and hugged and kissed me and told me that he loved me. I started bawling and saying that as much as a mommy loves their children, it's hard as a stay-at-home mommy because it can get to the point that it feels like it has eaten you alive. I know that sounds drastic but that's how the stress, tiredness, the headaches...all of it combined...this is how feels. I don't know which way is which anymore and something has got to give. He just held me and told me that he was sorry and that he should tell me that I am amazing with the kids, that I do an amazing job and that he knows how hard it is. He said that he is only with them a short time and I am with them all of the time and he knows how stressful it can be in the short time that he is here so he understands my stress. I am glad that he gets that I am needing these words from him.
