OMG. I have never had an experience with Holly being hurt but the very first time I went they did cut her "visor" and that meant some of her top knot. I was a little upset but not too much. From then on I just stick around. I am not comfortable with her staying in the kennels there either. So that way I am there when they start and then I take her with me when they are done. She's seems to be really comfortable and I answer any questions the girls may have. I am so sorry this happened to you. There should be no reason why they didn't tell you about it if an accident did occur. Groomers are human and our babies sometimes do squirm and move a lot, so accidents are possible. I do think that you should have been told if this did happen.
