What part of "Please leave her face and head as is" did she not get?
I will call and let them know I am unsatisfied tomorrow morning. But is there any point in doing that? I don't EVER plan to take her back there, so whether they tell me they can fix it or whatever won't really matter...
I paid them to give me what I wanted, though...What do you guys think I should do? |
I have seen some yorkies come into the grooming shop with some really bad eye crusties, to the point the eyes were very sore underneath. Maybe she did what she had to, to get them out with out causing further damage. But then again I did not see the dog so I can not say. But one thing for sure she will have less eye crusties for a while.....I am not sure when people have only one pet yorkie that they would ever have a problem with eye crusties, but I have clients that bring their dogs in like that all the time.
Poor little babies.
