i am gonna call...not b/c I want a refund, but b/c I just looked and it looks like there is some dried blood where the hair was cut! I think the scissors might've slipped...
All I would have expected was for them to say "Sorry, but there was a little accident. We snipped off a bit too much/Puppy was fidgeting/We made a mistake". I would totally have understood. She obviously saw the bald spot. I'm a pretty understanding person. I would have siad "It's okay. Thank you for letting me know". Jeepers, people these days need to remember that sometimes, honesty can really be the best policy.
But anyhow, I will call tomorrow... |
