I took Jinju to a new groomer today for a haircut. I was VERY SPECIFIC in what I wanted. I let her know "absolutely NO CUTTING" anything around or on her face. When I picked her up, she had a bald spot inder her eyes. I asked the groomer how she got her eye crusties out. She replied "I scissored
them out". Of course, she still looks adorable, but that bald spot on her cute face is just p#ssing the heck outta me! You can actually see skin there. I'm just wondering if they hurt her.
What part of "Please leave her face and head as is" did she not get?
I will call and let them know I am unsatisfied tomorrow morning. But is there any point in doing that? I don't EVER plan to take her back there, so whether they tell me they can fix it or whatever won't really matter...
I paid them to give me what I wanted, though...What do you guys think I should do?
