Supposedly the new formula is better for them. But, keep in mind what works for a large dog many times is very different for these tinies. I believe they are still held together with guar gum which basically is not digestible. It can congeal into a mass and block the intestines. There are lots of other options that are fully edible that are much safer - such as bully sticks and the many variations out there..........
