but sarah, i've taken mocha to ny and we've ridden every public transportation there is and have never been stopped. with the cops on every corner and stop, no one has ever said anything except how cute she was. i've never leashed her either--i either hold her in my arms or put her in my carrier.  |
That's just ridiculous! Tell me about it! I have taken Teddy and the girls on the train several times, there have been cops there, some cops even wanted to pet them but no one has ever said anything to me about that rule. I see people all the time with dogs on the train.
