Thank you everyone! We feel so much better, knowing that everyone understands us, my bf is still mad lol. I'm still kinda ticked off cause these ladies, i KNOW they just did it for money. There weren't that many ppl around, or in the train and my dogs are the smallest dogs ever. I could understand if they were big dogs, etc. I'm just going to pay it, even tho i could use that money with something else but i'd rather not go to court and wait hours, and i've never even been there before. I told my mom and she thinks it is so stupid. There are also NO SIGNS at the subway saying dogs have to be contained. When one of the women said that it's cause dogs can bite ppl i said no my dog's never bite, i know for a fact! She said "They have teeth, they can bite", I felt like saying"you have teeth, do you bite?"
