Many breeders won't guarantee size or color. They can guesstimate how large or small a yorkie will be but that's about it. That's also taking into consideration if the dog is not spayed/neutered because they WILL pick up even more weight after that...though length and height is usually stopped by 8-10 months.

Anyway, not much you can do at this point unless you signed a contract that stated he will not gain anymore weight. My guess is your furbaby will be between 9-11 lbs (unaltered).
