There's nothing you can do unless you had your heart set on a standard
Yorkie which is 7lbs and under. I don't know how much you paid for him
and what the agreement was between you and the breeder but he will
definately be a larger Yorkie. If it does not bother you, he will be a wonderful
pet. They are still small at the bigger size and you don't have to worry
about injuries so much. Also, the larger ones are known to have less health
issues. Health is key.
