When I say "broker" I am talking about someone that is selling pups that they bought from a breeder or puppy mill for a lowe price and then turns right around and puts a high price tag or a commission on that puppy's head... like I stated earlier... IMO a broker is someone that's sole concern is the almighty dollar! And I have a problem with that!
