I hate hearing stories like this. It really gets to me how someone can knowlingly sell a sick pup to another person, and then take no responsibility in the end. Some people just have no soul, compassion or heart. I know how you feel because this happened to me and my girlfriend about 2 years ago. Luckily, we were refunded our money, but this was after many threats of suing. We told the breeder that we would tell everyone we knew and publish everything we could about her horrible breeding habits. She finally refunded our money.
I play hardball, so I would call up that breeder and threaten him with everything you can....have a lawyer contact him, get in contact with the local paper and write a story about his evil ways, call him everyday and just make his life a living hell. People like that deserve it
