so sorry, that happen to me once , I ordered a whole new living room set and took the day off for the delvery so here i sat for hours waiting only to find out it never even came in, they didnt even call me to tell me
oh was i mad, they gave me 200.00 off my set, so say someting to the manager and hopefully they will compensate you, good luck
