my husband will not let me get rid of books that are hardback or from his computer programming classes. (lord knows why with those. he never references them). he's said since we married that he'd like to have a library...
but right now, the books are mostly clutter. i very rarely read anything twice.
if you can figure out what to do with the textbooks decoratively that would be cool. i'd like to start collecting globes (i told my husband he's given me the world) and how awesome would some old books look as platforms. yep, nerdy girl inside!
in Houston there are Half-Price book stores, but you won't get diddly for a textbook. also, are you keeping them because you love them or are you keeping them b/c you don't know what else to do with them?
