In the meantime, all I do know is that her urine PH is alkaline so I am running to the health food store tomorrow to buy ACV.

I would say stick with the food. A week is not that long and if it helps her that is surely a good thing? right??
As for Cranberry, I would be hesitant until getting the results. It also isn't all that easy to find in France, certainly not where I am. Any luck with the ACD? I have looked before and wasn't successful.
