A chunk off of someone's lip is serious damage! Without professional intervention, it's unlikely that this problem will go away. Consult a behaviorist or trainer with experience in dogs who are people-aggressive ASAP.

Personally, if I had a baby, I would NOT have a dog with a history of biting children. I'd look into a rescue organization for rehoming this pup. And I'd do it fast before my baby lost a chunk of his/her precious face.
