I agree. Max is over a year old and still doesn't get that I won't chase him. You really have to train a lot of Yorkies to "come." It's their terrier nature to run and play chase me. Use treats, leash him in the house for a while so that you can genty pull him to you when you say"come." Then give him a treat and praise him like it was his idea. Make it fun for both of you if you can.
