i think she was taking the fact that you said kids 12 and under are honest.
yes, kids are pretty innocent. that's a given. but some kids have never been taught when to just not say anything. i don't think this girl was necessarily being rude, but i would never go up to someone who had a daughter and say "your girl looks like a boy". it's insulting and sometimes, if you don't think something is quite right, you just keep your mouth shut. some kids just have not been taught. that is more of how i took this than anything,. i am not angry,. and i do not feel the need to say anything to the kid...or her mother...but it just goes to show that people need to teach their kids some tact. i think that is what most people are trying to say here....that kids really need to learn "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all".
some people on the internet need to learn the same lesson LOL (not directed at anyone in particular so let's not all go on a rant LOL)
