Patton is no way going to be that big...if he is 4 months old he might hit 7-8 but I cant see unless the breeder wasnt honest with the adult size. He might be a fast grower and start tapering down the weight as you regulate his eating habits.
triple the weight at 8 weeks, dble the weight at 12 weeks...also I would stop the nutrical if he doesnt need it, by his weight doesnt seem like he should...use it only if you feel he is stressed.
