let me see if I can help:
open irfanview...click on the folder icon on the top left...them browse your computer for your picture...
click on your picture, then 'open' ...
ok...if you get this far here is what you do to resize your picture...
click on the image button at the top and you will get a drop down menu.. on that menu select 'resize/resample'.... On the pop up box put a dot next to 'set new size'. Also make sure 'pixels' has a dot beside it..
Type in a number around 350 or 400 and the height will automatically adjust..
Click ok and save...
