I can understand how you would be mad at the breeder, since he said the pup would not get over 4 pounds. In reality, you just can't make those guarantees. If you decide to rehome him and you are set on a dog 3 or 4 pounds, you might want to buy one that is a older, that is the only way you'll know for sure. Again, good luck!  |
