I use tear-free puppy shampoo on Wickett and a dog conditioner as well, since I read that human shampoo could affect their skin.
My experience with Pantene on my own hair was TRAUMATIC. I've always had very thick hair, and have used all kinds of hair products and never had a problem. Well, all of a sudden I started losing handfulls of hair. My bathtub would be covered in hair after I washed it, and so would my brush. I was getting really scared. When I asked my hairdresser, the first thing she asked me was if I used Pantene. Apparently several of her customers had the same problem. I immediately switched and the problem went away.
