Do you have him home with you? Or is still at the vet hospital?
If he is at home...give him pedilite (like for babies) to drink. and Science Diet SD can food. That will keep him hydrated. Don't give up his fight even if you think it is hopeless. I was told Duke may not make it and I couldn't give up and at that time he wasn't even mine.
