Before you consider breeding your pet there are a lot of things to consider. There are many thrreads on this forum that goes into a lot of breeding issues including death of a bitch and/or puppies. If you think you can deal with all the issues involved, then I guess it is your decision.
For me, I would never consider breeding a 4lb female and would not use a 4lb male at stud.
The other question is why would you breed her? Would she be contributing to improving the breed in any way?
