No, not at all. There are people out there breeding their tiny poms; chihuahuas; maltese at these weights w/ great success and little to no issues. These are all people that show in conformation too. Their key? Despite pounds, it's more about build...not to say weight doesn't matter because it does, but structure is more important. |
