Take it one step further- They do not have to register the pups AKC- They can take the parents and register them with a different registry- this would then allow them to register the puppies. Some of the other registries just require pictures of the animal. They do not care if the AKC paperwork states limited.
They have won. If you do not want a puppy/adult bred the limited papers with AKC does nothing to stop the person who wants to breed no matter what. Your only course of action is to spay/neuter the yorkie or what ever breed yourself. This saves you a lot of headache and heartache down the road.
