I will let you know how the elastic works out. I am planning on making one for maggie with elastic. I think we could make it "not so tight". it will still have the velcro along the side but the elastic at the top will just make it snug enough. but if it is too tight, i obviously won't make anymore like that
the velcro seems to work pretty good, but it does seem to need something a little extra. it works fine with the cast underneath it..but not so sure how it would work without the cast, unless it had something to help keep it up. I'll keep working on it and let you know what I come up with
