Help. IDK what this could be. I was petting him and in his ear it felt hard so when I checked it looks like dry blood. His ears are down and he has a lot of hair so i couldn't see just by looking at him. He looks like he has something in there. He also keeps scratching it. I don't think it's mites, idk what it is. I have this ear cleaner but im afraid to touch it cause i dont want to hurt him.
