Mojo got into seed ticks (those very tiny itty bitty ticks) last summer while hiking. The vet told us to get Orvitol spray (we got ours at a local vet/farm supply store and I know our vet carries it too). She said to spray some on a rag and then rub it on. Mojo was covered, head to tail and it is safe to rub on all over...don't spray, rub it on. Most fall off dead on the rag....I checked again later that night and used tweezers to get the rest. Then, he got a good soothing bath. I just switched from K9 Advantix to Frontline Plus....we will see how I like it this summer.
