Nope, far as I know, they can't get it from you but you can from them if it's on them. Thank God, I am "resistant" to poison ivy. I remember helping my dad pull it up in our backyard when I was younger. My mom, on the other hand, used to get a yearly shot to prevent bad outbreaks because she was SO allergic to it that she could be downwind from it and get it. If it blew in her direction, she could actually break out from it. That had to be miserable. Take Aveeno baths.... it works in most cases. Good luck!
