I noticed she had a bunch of references and happy buyers on her website. Maybe you can see if you can find these people--they may have more information on her.
Was there a sales contract? What did it say about health issues?
Did you pay her through a credit card or paypal or a check? Did the check go through a bank where you could identify an account number?
Villette made a good point here. What do you want? Payment for extra vet visits? Return the puppy and get a refund? Just tell folks about a breeder who is not ethical and you want to keep the puppy?
You might have to hire a private investigator to locate "Ada" as it sounds like you don't have very much information to work from to locate her. |
