Hey Breny,
I had mine done when I was 17 (so almost 14 years ago) back then it was nothing like it is today. I was down & out for a week solid. My friends who have had it done recently (a more normal age for wisdom teeth to grow in) have been back at work the next day. From what I understand its nothing now!
I have MAJOR white coat syndrome myself. They usually have to take my BP twice during 1 visit bc its HIGH the first time, then normal by the end of the visit. Im the BIGGEST baby! I swear... and it was not that bad. Honestly I don't remember most of it. I don't remember the needle... nothing! (actually I dont even know if I had a needle) I DO remember trying to get out of the chair about 1/2 way through the surgery and they had to give me more gas! Its the only time in my life Ive been under anesthia (sp?) and it was not even fully under.
YOu'll do GREAT! No fears! You probably won't even know its happening! I knew what was happening but could not have cared less.. it was like I was in LaLa Land. They painted the ceiling light blue with white clouds and in my mind I was flying in the sky... thats how cool the gas is! HAHA
