She was picked up by a man that decided to keep her instead of giveing her back(he had her for more that a week), she had tags on and everything. Someone told on this man so when the owner found him and asked for his dog back he said (brace yourself) " my daughter really likes the little dog I don't think I will give it back"
The owner said " what are you talking about she is MY dog" So the owner offered him a $500 reward for "finding" her, the mans response was make it $800 and we have a deal.

See thas the point where the police will come and she didn't have to give the man any reward because he actually didn't return. After i got my baby back i would have mentioned it to the guy that there was a 500 $ reward that he could have gotten if he would have found it in his heart to return the dog... Thats the kind of thing that makes people really think over their actions, and change rather then think WOW what i sucker, i negotiated for a dog that wasn't even mine and got 800 out of it, u know?
