She was picked up by a man that decided to keep her instead of giveing her back(he had her for more that a week), she had tags on and everything. Someone told on this man so when the owner found him and asked for his dog back he said (brace yourself) " my daughter really likes the little dog I don't think I will give it back"
The owner said " what are you talking about she is MY dog" So the owner offered him a $500 reward for "finding" her, the mans response was make it $800 and we have a deal.

What a terrible terrible man!! I would have taken the dog from his arms and called the police on him!! Did they file charges?? People like that make me sick! This makes me want to cry and never ever ever let Lacy out of my site. I just can not imagine finding someone's pet and not doing everything I could to try and find its owner... I just know how heartbroken I would be if Lacy ever went missing
