She was picked up by a man that decided to keep her instead of giveing her back(he had her for more that a week), she had tags on and everything. Someone told on this man so when the owner found him and asked for his dog back he said (brace yourself) " my daughter really likes the little dog I don't think I will give it back"
The owner said " what are you talking about she is MY dog" So the owner offered him a $500 reward for "finding" her, the mans response was make it $800 and we have a deal.

I just returned home again and was catching up - I cannot believe what I read above!!!! Do people have no heart, no soul???? His daughter was "attached" to the dog HE stole? Are you kidding me???????? What about the dog's owner - was she not attached. Did that freakin' moron even stop to think of the heartbreak SHE was feeling. And then to have the GAUL to bargain with her!!! Argh!!!!! It makes me so angry - how does one actually sleep at night, look at themselves in the mirror the next morning?????
Sorry for the rant. But this just really got to me. Bless you Maureen for reaching out to that lady. You too will get your happy ending. You deserve nothing less. We WILL make it happen. Kathy do I hear another cheer.....?
