I saw in the paper last night another missing baby... so I called today to offer any support I could. Thank goodness they had her back already

I am starting to see a pattern
She was picked up by a man that decided to keep her instead of giveing her back(he had her for more that a week), she had tags on and everything. Someone told on this man so when the owner found him and asked for his dog back he said (brace yourself) "
my daughter really likes the little dog I don't think I will give it back"
The owner said " what are you talking about she is MY dog" So the owner offered him a $500 reward for "finding" her, the mans response was make it $800 and we have a deal.
Can you believe this crap... I don't know what I would have done to that man
