If you have just the barrel and plunger from a syringe, or if she's getting liquid antibiotics, you can use it to give her water as well. This may help keep her hydrated until you get her to the vet. If you insert it between the teeth just after the canines and push the water in, she might take a bit of it. You can mix Kayro or honey with the water too -- although Kayro might be a better choice; I know you're not supposed to give honey to human children for some period of time. If you have a wet food she usually eats, you can mix it with equal parts water and try to feed her this way. If she throws up and/or has diarreah and is really dehydrated, call the 24 hour hotline if your vet has one.
