Oh and yea he is picky when he eats so I have to monitor what he eats and sometimes play with him with the food to get him to eat it, but he was eating and drinking well. But I'm keeping him on the wet food the vet gave me for sometime because he chows it down like nobody's business and it makes me feel good in the pit of my stomach to see him eat like that without me coaxing him. Besides I'd rather have a healthy puppy that I have to keep an eye on his teeth than one that has great teeth and is sickly. When he's older I'll try dry. I should have known..he came from such a rough environment and has just got over the limp in his leg. I feel a bit guilty, that was stress I overlooked. I should have been more prepared. I just thought that since he was in a better place now with so much love that that would have made all that go away but thinking back on it he has nightmares when he sleeps and sometimes I have to wake him gently out of them. I should have realized and bought him a supplement. I know better now.
