My cousin is the same way when she comes over to my house, she is highly allergic to animals...I know Yorkies are supposed to be hypoallergenic, but her in-laws have a Yorkie too and she gets all itchy and watery eyes there as well. Maybe there is some allergy pills your doctor could give to you or your boyfriend which would take care of this. Hope it clears up soon!!
