Your baby has been removed from all that is familiar and is in a totally new situation..He is totally scared and insecure..He has some maturing to do is a bit young for all the excitement..
Shaking can be a vicious cycle- they have low blood sugar and they shake. Shaking use tremendous amounts of energy. So, treat it as if it were hypoglycemia and give your baby a little Nutrical or Nutristat. Yorkies seem to be natural shakers and movers but it is best to err on the side of caution and give him the "stuff" 2-4 times a day. ALSO, either free feed (which is preferable) or feed 4 times a day and make sure he is eating the food. They eat small amounts so just put an amount down that will show you if he is eating..Maybe a tablespoon and watch to see how much of that he eats. Did the breeder tell you about his eaating habits? If not, contact them for that info.
And, welcome to the "always worried about our puppies" owners club..LOL
