Okay vet visit went well....Did I mention I LOVE my vet!! Actually its the original vet of Bellas who seen Diggy yesterday he was in a bad car accident and has been off for a year or so. So Diggy is always seen by another vet in the office (there are 3) Anyway, Dr. Rob is AMAZING! He said he is shocked he is reacting to Revolution but like humans you never know. Revolution is the mildest of all topical fleas "oils" out of the major ones (frontline, advantix, etc..) BUT does agree with if a human cannot get on hands how do we expect dogs to handle it? He recommended Sentinnal. Humans can consume, and is Interceptor with flea preventative. I went over natural remedies which he is more than willing to help do, but says with the abundance of heart worm being diagnosed in his office this month, he would be scared. I agreed. Sentinnal in the months above 55 degrees and natural stuff thru winter.

I know others were baffled with why its always the "2nd" dose they react to...here is why. Our/fur butts bodies spend the first time with the dose, checking it out, and taking note of what it is and doesnt fight it too much. Then second dose it says wait...I have already had this and fights it like CRAZY or just a little hence the differences in all dogs. Diggy's obviously HATES Revolution and was ready to put up a big fight. Which it did. He said the third and fourth dose more than likely will just be worse and worse. It all made perfect sense to me and he was VERY nice with the way he explained it. I had my daughter with me and she could even follow everything...unlike the ones that talk Wayyyyy over your head.

So all and all he listed it as an adverse reaction to Revolution and recommends not to use again. He prescribed 1/4 tspn Benedryl for itching as needed.

Diggy is STILL itching but not like he was before, and he did get some sleep last night whew....Thank you all for posting and helping me out. Feels like your world is crashing around you when something is wrong with your baby.

He spent a total of an hour with me, had books out, talked, reviewed Diggy's whole chart as he hasnt seen him before just Bella, and guess what...HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME! I was shocked He walked me out to the receptionist area and told the check out lady no charge!! Im going to send him a card for sure!
